Han transcurrido algo más de un año desde el 02 setiembre 2022, que asumimos la gestión de la UNHEVAL, orientada a darle un impulso de fortalecimiento y dinamización a nuestro ecosistema, ya que es un conjunto compuesto por toda su funcionalidad y estructura organizacional para entenderla como un sistema integrado que potencie todas las capacidades que allí se desarrollan, generando interrelaciones sinérgicas entre los miembros de la comunidad universitaria, entorno a un bien común de nuestra visión, misión, valores y principios.
Un componente de este ecosistema de la UNHEVAL es la Investigación (I), Desarrollo tecnológico (D), la Innovación (i) y el Emprendimiento (e), es decir, la I+D+i+e, la que se vincula con el conglomerado humano de docentes, investigadores, estudiantes y egresados, siendo nuestro principal activo en la investigación y generación de nuevas ideas y conocimientos, que contribuyan con el avance de las ciencias que se cultivan y transmiten.
En concordancia con la anterior orientación, se establece la política general de investigación y las políticas institucionales de las direcciones del vicerrectorado de investigación (VRI), conjunto de disposiciones que se traducen en imperativos normativos para la promoción y el desarrollo de la actividad investigativa, alineados al Plan Estratégico Institucional (PEI) de la UNHEVAL.
Los resultados de la I+D+i+e, deben tener una adecuada difusión dentro de un Sistema de Información Científica, que contenga un conjunto de dispositivos, entre ellos una plataforma web, mediante el cual se muestren, transmiten e intercambien información, no solo con la comunidad académica, científica, sino también con la sociedad. En ese sentido, en este espacio interactivo de comunicación encontrarán las actividades que se vienen desarrollando y las programadas y todo aquello que se debe considerar en un medio como este.

WORDS FROM THE VICE CHANCELLOR FOR RESEARCH
A little over a year has passed since September 2, 2022, when we assumed the management of UNHEVAL, aimed at giving our ecosystem a boost to strengthen and revitalize, since it is a set made up of all its functionality and organizational structure to understand it as an integrated system that enhances all the capacities that are developed there, generating synergistic interrelations between the members of the university community, around a common good of our vision, mission, values and principles.
A component of this UNHEVAL ecosystem is Research (I), Technological Development (D), Innovation (i) and Entrepreneurship (e), that is, I+D+i+e, which is linked to the human conglomerate of teachers, researchers, students and graduates, being our main asset in research and generation of new ideas and knowledge, which contribute to the advancement of the sciences that are cultivated and transmitted.
In accordance with the previous orientation, the general research policy and the institutional policies of the directions of the research vice-rector's office (VRI) are established, a set of provisions that translate into regulatory imperatives for the promotion and development of research activity, aligned to the Institutional Strategic Plan (PEI) of UNHEVAL.
The results of I+D+i+e must have an adequate dissemination within a Scientific Information System, which contains a set of devices, including a web platform, through which information is displayed, transmitted and exchanged, not only with the academic and scientific community, but also with society. In this sense, in this interactive communication space you will find the activities that are being developed and those scheduled and everything that should be considered in a medium like this.
